We are in the final stages of purchasing our first home that we absolutely love. ​Kat made the whole process of buying a home comfortable and easy from day one - she truly listened to our needs and wants. There wasn't a lot of inventory in our price range (given what we wanted in a home), and it seemed like it took forever to find our home, but Kat was patient and kept us motivated. We got to the point where we were almost willing to settle for something that wasn't what we wanted, like impatient children, but Katrina wouldn't let us settle; she was great at playing devil’s advocate for us. I am pretty sure we have stressed her patience, but she never showed it. Through late night calls, to early morning calls, she was always there for us! We had certain criteria for the home we wanted, but we would occasionally stray. Kat kept us true to our course, redirecting us several times, by reminding us that it wasn't what we wanted and encouraging us not to settle for something less. She proved to us it was possible to get exactly what we wanted, even when it seemed like we would never find it. Every time Katrina's professionalism shined through.

There were a few houses that we found on our own, that didn't meet the criteria, but we wanted to look. Kat would say, "Go take a look, do a drive by, and let me know what you think. If you still like it then we can go look." We never did like what we never did like what we found on our own; she always had our backs. Kat would kindly remind us what we said we wanted for our family. She has been a true friend to our family, always looking out for our best interest.
